Finding the good in Everyday...
Being grateful for what we have, is the best way to see the good in your life.
Are you feeling a bit stuck? Not feeling fulfilled? Can’t seem to see the good?
It happens to all of us from time to time, a voice in the back of our heads starts chatting and not in a good positive way. We start feeling like everything we’re doing is wrong… We’re getting rejected from jobs left and right, bills are ongoing, love life, we don’t know her. Life is a journey of everyday stress and confusion and for this reason, we need to start seeing the good in every day and find the little joys of life.
Let’s try a few of these….
Did you drink a cup of water today? Took a shower? Wash your hands? If so, do you know that access to clean water in other other across the world is not reachable?
Instead of saying “I have to work” try saying “ I get to have a job that pays for my lifestyle”
Paid a bill? Be happy and excited that you can have the funds to do so… Many are not.
These are some of the few reminders that I have to tell myself when I’m feeling off, yours might look different but reminding yourself of what you do have in your life will hopefully make you feel somewhat at peace.
